NWA Gives
We know there are a lot of unknowns right now. We don’t know what tomorrow will bring. We do know that we have an eternal hope in God, and even though we face uncertainties, we know He is walking with us. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just need a place to be heard we are here for you. We are working on creating online spaces where we can meet together to share during this time. Even though these times are uncertain, we have exciting new opportunities to serve the families raising children from hard places. We are looking forward to the move to the Farm. We have on-going parent TBRI Caregiver trainings, 1:1 TBRI parent mentoring sessions, mom’s retreat and small group experiences for children and families.
On April 2, Grace Haven will be participating in NWA Gives Day. Our current goal for this day of giving is to raise $50,000. In the last week, we have all experienced what it is like to to have a ‘new normal’ for our families. Parenting through trauma also requires learning a new normal. Grace Haven gives tools to families who need help and equips them to handle all the surprises that arise. With your help, families are given the tools and help they need for their family.
The NWA Gives goal includes scholarship funds and new ‘sensory stations’ for the farm.
