Thank you for blessing me and also the children in Romania with TBRI training! This teaching helped me be able to not judge a child by his behavior, but to look for the unfulfilled needs behind the behavior. I learned that neglect can be worse than abuse. Knowing that the neglect these children experienced changes their brain development helped me understand why they struggle with ‘inappropriate’ behaviors. I have more compassion and empathy for the children I work with because of this training.
